VARUL ensures ban on a potential negotiated procedure 11 Dec
Associate Katrine Plavina successfully represented an IT sector client - Baltijas biroju tehnoloÄĢijas SIA, in a procurement dispute with Riga City Council Education, Culture and Sports Department. The Procurement Monitoring Bureau heard the complaint although the respective procedure was terminated due to lack of bids. The Bureau agreed that procedure documentation asked for a specific brand of interactive whiteboards and decided to ban a potential negotiated procedure on those grounds.
