Assisting the Ministry of Environment in a PPP project 16 June
The firm won the tender, organized by the Ministry of Environment, to provide legal assistance for the preparation of international concession tender documentation and to draft a concession agreement in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
The concession agreement relates to the 20 year operation of a hazardous waste landfill site in Zebrene.
