Successfully representing First Media OÜ against the Tax and Customs Board 26 July
Partner Helmut Pikmets and associate Sergei Jegorov successfully represented First Media OÜ against the Estonian Tax and Customs Board in a dispute concerning reduction of income tax claims and interest claims. This landmark case on reduction of claims due to a tax proceeding that was delayed by the tax inspector. First Media OÜ is the radio program producer for the Estonian biggest radio group Sky Media.
