Representing Premia in several IP disputes 17 Sept
Advising the Estonian ice cream and frozen food producer, Premia Tallinna Külmhoone AS, and its Latvian subsidiary Premia FFL AS on two disputes concerning trademark protection.
The disputes deal with such IP issues as the likelihood of confusion, damage to reputation and quantification of damages in case of trademark infringement. In addition, one of the cases deals with unfair competition due to arbitrary use of a company’s name.
