Varul Vilgerts Smaliukas is advising Vilnius City Municipality on a
major PPP project – the planned National Multifunctional Stadium in
Vilnius with around 25,000 seats.
Vilnius city municipality acting on behalf of the Lithuanian Government
has announced a tender for selection of a team of advisers, including
investment bankers, lawyers and engineers, to prepare a Feasibility
Study on possible ways of development of the National Stadium by way of a
PPP structure, work out the PPP structure and effectively guide the
municipality through the process of selection of the investor and
operator of the future multifunctional stadium.
