Advising furniture manufacturer AS Wermo on selling of its shares to AS Tuulis 26 Apr

Varul Vilgerts Smaliukas advised one of the largest furniture manufacturers in Estonia AS Wermo on its division and selling its shares to AS Tuulis. The deal was financed by Nordea Bank Finland PLC Estonian branch. The firm also advised AS Wermo on competition and intellectual property matters proceeded from the sales transaction.
