Conference on arbitration law in London Mar 26, 2009
On 26 March, 2009, partners Dr. Andrius Smaliukas and Inga Martinkute,
participated in the 12th annual conference “Review of the Arbitration
Act 1996” organized by The British Institute of International and
Comparative Law.
The comparative perspective gained will be very useful in the effort to reform Lithuanian arbitration law. Dr. Andrius Smaliukas is a member of the working group appointed to instigate the process of arbitration law reform.
