Conference “Reform on Pledge and Mortgage in the Republic of Lithuania“ Mar 04, 2010
Varul Vilgerts Smaliukas in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania will convene the conference “Reform on Pledge and Mortgage in the Republic of Lithuania“ on 18 March 2010 at Reval Hotel Lietuva between 9 am and 1 pm Vilnius time. The conference is free of charge.
The conference, led by partners Mr. Andrius Smaliukas and Mr. Robert
Juodka, will also include presentations by Minister of Justice Mr.
Remigijus Simasius, Professor of Vilnius University Mr. Valentinas
Mikelenas, Varul Vilgerts Smaliukas Estonian office partner Mr. Paul
Varul and many more reputable experts.
The objective is to provide an overview of progress made in Pledge and Mortgage Reform as well as to discuss problems with the existing regulation and share insights for achieving better practice. The programme is structured to provide the participants with practical rather than merely academic insights.
