Dr. Andrius Smaliukas contributes to the report commissioned by the European Parliament Nov 20, 2009
European Parliament approved the Final Report on ’Protection of
Purchasers in the Case of Cross-Border Purchases of Real Property in
the European Union’.
The Report was prepread by the international team of experts, coordinated by Prof. Cristina Amato from the University of Brescia. Our partner Dr. Andrius Smaliukas served as an expert of Lithuanian law. This Report should foster the legislative reforms at the EU level in order to achieve a better legal protection of purchasers of real property in the European Union.
