On 22 November 2011 VARUL held a training on “Auditor and Law: Constitutional Law, Administrative Procedure Act and Economic Governance Law” to the members of the Estonian Board of Auditors. Firms’ experts Martin Tamme, Vaido Põldoja, Marko Kairjak and Jaak Parre spoke on constitutional law, administrative proceedings and economic governance law, more specifically on economic activities regulation, public procurements and competition law (contracts, dominant position, notification of a concentration and state aid). The training day was organised by the Estonian Board of Auditors as part of their training program.
