Former District Prosecutor Dmitri Teplõhh joins VARUL 17 May 2012
Law Firm VARUL has welcomed former District Prosecutor Dmitri Teplõhh from the Department for Corruption and Economic Crimes at the Northern District Prosecutor´s Office to join its team in May 2012. Attorney-at-Law Dmitri Teplõhh will advise clients on white-collar crime, focusing mainly on offences concerning taxes, intellectual property and corruption.
According to Managing Partner and Head of the Tax Department, Helmut Pikmets, the firm has reason to rejoice, “The workload of our tax team has significantly increased – our clients trust us with more principal and sizable cases. As a prosecutor, Dmitri has been involved in numerous complex criminal cases giving us now the opportunity to focus on tax litigation even more.”
