Ingeri Luik-Tamme lectures judges on contract for provision of health care services Oct 15, 2010
On 7 and 14 October, senior associate Ingeri Luik-Tamme gave a series of lectures on contract for provision of health care services to judges. The lectures gave an overview of the rights, liabilities and responsibility of healthcare providers, healthcare professionals and patients. She also discussed matters concerning procedural law.
Ingeri Luik-Tamme is one of the few Estonian attorneys specialising in
healthcare and pharmaceuticals. She acts for several international
pharmaceutical companies in the issues of production, export, import,
management, marketing and sales of pharmaceuticals (including
applications for permits), and also in matters related to pharmacy
services, pharmaceutical advertising and clinical trials.
