International Bar Association awards scholarship to legal assistant Ivars Kepe Jun 26, 2010
The International Bar Association has awarded to Ivars Kepe, legal assistant at Varul Vilgerts Smaliukas, the European Regional Forum scholarship to attend the 1st Mediterranean Conference taking place on 24-25 June 2010 in Rome, Italy.
The conference covered issues related to PPP, energy and external debt,
mainly focusing on the countries in the Mediterranean basin. Ivars was
awarded the scholarship since his paper on development and investment
opportunities in the Mediterranean region was recognized as being the
best among peers.
