Senior associate Lauri Almann was a speaker at the A&D Cybersecurity Forum held by Aviation Week in Washington DC on March 31, 2010. His presentation “Decision-Making and Ever-Changing Cyber Environment” focused on the challenges in the decision-making process during cyber-emergencies and was based on the recent trends and real-life examples. He also discussed pertinent issues of international law regarding the attribution of responsibility for state-sponsored cyber-attacks.
