On 7 February 2011, partner and attorney-at-law Paulius Docka spoke on “Enhancing action coordination in the ITS sector – ITS Lithuania establishment” as part of the seminar “Intelligent Transport Systems in Lithuania” co-sponsored by the Lithuanian Republic and the European Union. Representatives of municipalities and institutions in the field of national transport policy-making and specialists from various transport sectors interested in intelligent transport systems also attended the seminar.
