On 15-16th March, partner and attorney-at-law Paulius Docka led a series of seminars on „Influencing decisions in EU institutions" for the employees of the Department of Statistics. Paulius Docka introduced the conception of lobbying, its developments, functions, regulations in the European Union and accomplished practical tasks.
