Paul Varul is a member of the Legal Affairs Committee’s expert group responsible for drafting the reorganising of debts legislation. The purpose of the work group is to find a remedy to private person’s solvency problems outside the bankruptcy proceeding and to thereby protect the interests of both creditors and debtors.
