Paulius Docka speaks at the seminar „The role of Seimas of Lithuanian Republic in the process of EU decision enactment“ May 21, 2011
On 19-20 May 2011 partner and attorney-at-law Paulius Docka led a seminar „The role of the Seimas of Lithuanian Republic in the process of EU decision enactment” organised for the medium and high level officers of the Lithuanian parliament. Paulius Docka spoke about the basic principles of EU law, Lisbon Treaty and the post-signing decision enactment processes as well as about the role of the national parliament in the creation of EU law.
