Seminar “Latest trends in Latvian and EU Competition Law” May 16, 2011
On June 2 for the second year in a row, Law Firm VARUL, in co-operation with the international law firm White & Case and Riga Graduate School of Law, organizes a seminar about the most recent trends in Latvian and EU Competition Law.
The objective of the seminar is to provide insight not only into the competition law theory, but also into the case law of the competition authorities. The seminar will explore the most interesting cases of the European Commission, the Competition Council and the Courts in 2010.
The seminar will be led by Debora Pavila and Julija Jerneva, Partners of VARUL Riga office. The special guest Pontus Lindfelt, Partner of the international law firm White & Case, will give a presentation about cartels. The working languages of the seminar are Latvian and English.
