Seminar on the influence of the economic crisis on long-term contracts Mar 30, 2010
On 25 March 2010, partner Dr Andrius Smaliukas and senior associate Vaida Pacenkaitė were speakers on a seminar „How Does the Economical Crisis Influence the Implementation of the Long-term Contracts” organized by UAB „Mokesčių srautas“.
The seminar focused on the principles of implementing of long-term
contracts, possibility to amend the provisions of long-term contracts
considering the changed conditions (for example, rental reduction
agreements; peculiarities of the extension of payments in accordance
with the lending agreements etc.), possibility to terminate long-term
contracts considering the changed conditions, and disputes arising when
implementing long-term contracts.
