Seminar on latest developments in EC and Latvian competition law Feb 23, 2010
Varul Vilgerts Smaliukas, in cooperation with the Riga Graduate School of Law (www.rgsl.edu.lv) and White & Case LLP (www.whitecase.com) organises a seminar on recent developments in EC and Latvian competition law. The seminar will take place on 5th of March 2010 (between 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Riga time) and will be free of charge.
The seminar is led by our partners Ms Debora Pavila and Ms Julija Jerneva, and will include a presentation by Mr Pontus Lindfelt, partner with White & Case Brussels office.
The objective is to provide an overview of the practice of the European Commission and Latvian Competition Council, as well as the case law of both Latvian and European Union courts during 2009. The programme is structured with the aim to provide the audience with practical, not only academic insight.
