Vaido Põldoja and Tarmo Peterson participate in the drafting of State aid study Oct 22, 2009
Senior Associates, Vaido Põldoja and Tarmo Peterson, have acted as
national rapporteurs for Estonia assisting the Brussels office of
Lovells LLP in drafting an update mandated by the European Commission
on the “Study on the Enforcement of State Aid Law at National Level.”
The update covers the 2006–2009 period across 27 Member States. In parallel, Vaido Põldoja and Tarmo Peterson assisted Lovells LLP in composing a State Aid Thesaurus on national cases and legislation for the e-Competitions Project.
