Vaido Põldoja and Tarmo Peterson contribute to the book “Enforcement of EU State Aid Law at National Level 2010” Jan 03, 2011

Partner  Vaido Põldoja and senior associate Tarmo Peterson have contributed the Estonian chapter to the book “Enforcement of EU State Aid Law at National Level – 2010” coordinated by Hogan Lovells, Brussels and published by Lexxion. The book provides an essential overview of how EU State aid rules are applied in practice by national courts across the 27 Member States.
Vaido Põldoja and Tarmo Peterson were also the national rapporteurs for the EU-27 State Aid Private Enforcement study for the European Commission in conjunction with Hogan Lovells.
