Partners Yvonne Goldammer and Inga Martinkute contributed three chapters on Lithuanian law to  “Einführung in das litauische Recht” (Introduction to Lithuanian Law). Firm’s partners contributed the following chapters: Law of the Registry of Legal Persons, Company Law and Antitrust Law. The aim of the book is to provide readers with an overview of the Lithuanian law and its practice in the fields of public, civil, commercial and criminal law.
