Anu Sander advises local and international clients on all aspects of employment and labour law. She has considerable experience in drafting employment and management contracts, confidentiality and non-competition agreements and other employment related documentation. Anu also  advises on employment termination, company restructuring and relocation of employees to other companies. She has successfully acted in a number of employment disputes and litigation matters.

In addition to her work in employment law, Anu Sander advises clients from the various energy sectors — including electricity, gas, heating and renewable energy. Her experience includes advising and representing clients in matters related to energy price regulation, the support system for renewable energy, obligations of network operators and in access disputes with landowners. Anu Sander has been involved in conducting due diligence operations in all the M&A operations of energy sector firms.
