Arsi Pavelts, M.A.
Lawyer
Arsi Pavelts specialises in property law and the law of obligations. His Master’s thesis, ‘Acknowledgement of Obligation’ earned first prize in the student research contest held jointly by the Estonian Ministry of Education and Research and the Archimedes Foundation in 2008. He mainly advises clients on general corporate matters. Arsi Pavelts conducts seminars on property law and the law of obligations for the faculty of law of the University of Tartu.
