Giedrė Dailidėnaitė has extensive experience in the areas of corporate, M&A, labour, commercial and real estate law.
Giedrė Dailidėnaitė continuously advises local and international clients on regulations dealing with various types of businesses, issues concerning start-ups and legal compliance as well as matters pertaining to corporate governance, restructuring or reorganization of businesses, closure and insolvency. She also focuses on advising clients on different aspects of labour, commercial and regulatory law.
