Jaak Parre advises both contracting organizations and bidders in public procurement procedures. His expertise ranges from the planning of a procurement procedure to representation in the courts. He has represented clients in several landmark cases involving the application of EU public procurement principles in domestic disputes. His work experience as an IT professional has proved very useful when advising clients on IT procurement and contractual negotiations. Jaak Parre also advises the firm’s tax team in court disputes in aspects of administrative proceedings and constitutional law.
