Associate

Katrine assists clients in drafting tenderers' complaints regarding public procurement awards and has advised one of the Latvia's mobile network operators in a licensing dispute. 

Katrine Plavina is also an experienced administrative law practitioner. Katrine’s excellent research skills and sharp mind have contributed to her litigation capability. 

As part of the University of Latvia's team, she has won the Telder’s International Moot Court Competition Max Huber Award for the Best Overall Score in 2008 and the Baltic Cup in Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition in 2009. Katrine assists clients  in the areas of public procurement, administrative and commercial law on a daily basis. In 2010 Katrine won weekly magazine's Jurista Vārds award for the best research paper and was nominated the "Lawyer of the week".
