Senior Associate, Attorney-at-Law

Kristina Laarmaa mainly focuses her practice on corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and structured finance transactions involving a significant cross-border component. She has successfully advised corporate clients on a wide range of corporate law and property law issues and has been involved in conducting large-scale due diligence operations with a pan-Baltic purview.

In addition to her main field of expertise, Kristina Laarmaa has also been involved in several international arbitration disputes and regularly advises clients on public procurement matters.

Kristina Laarmaa often participates as a speaker in various corporate and property law related seminars.
