Senior associate, Leonid Tolstov, is an expert in real estate and construction matters. He also provides consultation services for clients on various corporate matters such as company foundation,  mergers, divisions and liquidation of companies. He has been involved in issues concerning the right of pre-emption, the right of superficies and the right of security. Leonid Tolstov is also a strong litigator, representing his clients in corporate, real estate and construction disputes.

Leonid Tolstov is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Estiko, one of the leading real estate developers in Estonia.

He is a regular lecturer and has published articles on corporate law and the law of obligations.
