Linda Berzina is an experienced practitioner of public procurement and corporate law. She advises clients on all aspects of Latvian and EC public procurement law, and often represents clients before the Procurement Monitoring Office. Linda’s clients include BAO and Datakom, and Linda has also assisted the Ministry of Environment in a PPP project related to a 20 year concession to operate a hazardous waste site in Zebrene; an action that included preparation of the international concession tender documentation.

In the area of corporate law, Linda assists clients in company formation, liquidation, reorganisation, establishment of branches, representative offices and associations and also deals with corporate governance issues. She assisted the company Matsushita Electric Industrial, one of the largest global consumer electronic manufacturers  to establish a representative office in Latvia.
