Marius Devyžis is an experienced attorney-at-law who advises clients on different aspects of corporate law as well as other issues related to day-to-day business activities. Marius Devyžis has extensive experience in the execution and management of various complex M&A deals. During his legal practice he has assisted his clients in successfully completing a number of national and international M&A business transactions.

Marius Devyžis also consults his clients on a regular basis on employment issues, and represents them in labour disputes. Clients value his expertise in real estate law and the legal regulation of PPP. Marius Devyžis is also a recognised sports law specialist, sitting as a member on the management boards of various sports organisations.
