Marko Kairjak, LL.M.
Senior Associate, Attorney-at-Law
Marko Kairjak specialises in banking and securities. He has experience in advising banks and investment funds on questions related to securities markets and redistribution of equity (including advising on public offerings). He also has expertise in private equity matters, having advised clients linked with share buy-backs and buyouts. Marko Kairjak is also our in-house expert on white-collar crime, including matters concerning corporate criminal liability, tax and competition crimes.
Marko Kairjak is a criminal law lecturer at the University of Tartu.
He obtained his LL.M. degree at Cambridge University in 2010, with an emphasis on capital markets, and since 2008 is also pursuing his PhD at the University of Tartu.
