Paulius Docka is an expert in litigation and dispute resolutions and has represented Lithuanian and foreign companies in at least 200 civil and administrative cases. Paulius is also an expert in crisis management (multiple litigations between the parties) and has experience in resolving shareholder disputes.

Paulius Docka represents clients in arbitration disputes and has been assigned arbitrator in several highly complex cases, including one of the largest in Lithuanian arbitration history – a case between two prominent Lithuanian companies.

Paulius also has in-depth expertise in environmental law, especially water management and waste management. Paulius has served as a legal expert on a large number of projects in this field carried out by the World Bank, European Commission, Ministry of the Environment and other institutions.

In 2005, Paulius Docka gave a series European Union Law lectures in Pristina (Kosova) within the framework project “Support to public administrations institute of Kosova” in cooperation with HAUS (Finnish Institute of Public Administration). Since 2000, he lectures on the basics of European Union Law, the Functioning of the European Court of Justice and Lobbying in the European Union at the Lithuanian Institute of Public Administration, the licensed training institution for civil servants.
