Rait Ratasepp, M.A.
Associate
Rait Ratasepp advises clients on general corporate, competition and white-collar crime. He also focuses on tax crimes having represented clients in several complex and large-scale criminal cases. He has gained experience in resolving white-collar crime and disputes while working as a criminal law consultant in Tartu County Court.
Rait Ratasepp earned first prize in the annual Estonian Bar Association’s student research contest with his work on implementing the confidentiality principal in 2009. He is currently pursuing his PhD at the University of Tartu and studying in the Université de Savoie as an exchange student.
