Ramon Rask

Senior Associate, Attorney-at-Law

Ramon Rask advises clients on all aspects of corporate law and represents Baltic private equity funds in M&A transactions and corporate entities in cross border lawsuits. Ramon Rask is experienced in the energy sector having been involved in M&A deals in both the gas and renewable energy sectors.

He also specialises in tax crimes and criminal and misdemeanour proceedings. He has defended clients in several complex and large-scale criminal cases (most recently a case involving 64 witnesses). Ramon Rask has gained considerable experience in resolving white-collar crime and disputes while working at the State Prosecutors Office and Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court.

Ramon Rask conducts lectures on business law in the Estonian Business School and has published several articles on criminal law.
