Robert has an impressive record of successful legal work in highly complex and demanding, Corporate & Commercial, M&A, Real Estate, Employment and project finance transactions. He is also Chairman of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Board of the British Chamber of Commerce. He is a distinguished practitioner in a wide variety of legal areas, including Capital markets.

Robert Juodka (MBA; MRICS) is a member of one of the largest and oldest Real Estate and Environment organisations – the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Mr. Juodka is also the author of 3 legal books, numerous articles published in legal journals and of several conference papers.
