Senior Associate, Attorney-at-Law

Tarmo Peterson advises and represents clients on all aspects of corporate, contract and competition law, including state aid.  In addition to his expertise in competition law, Tarmo Peterson advises his clients on insolvency and reorganisation law. He is also an experienced litigator specialising mainly in construction disputes.

Mr. Peterson has been involved in preparing the EU 27 State Aid study for the European Commission. He also lectures and publishes articles on insolvency and contract law.
