- Advising an international nuclear energy technology company on matters relating to the construction of the liquid and solid nuclear waste storage facilities.
- Advising the Energy Ministry of the Republic of Lithuania on complex legal issues in connection to drafting the contracts and structuring a joint venture project for construction of the underwater electricity connection between Sweden and Lithuania (Nordlink).
- Representing major construction companies—Ranga IV Group, AB Hanner, Merko Group and Celander Group.
- Representing Merks SIA in a construction and debt collection dispute with a Latvian port authority.
- Advising real estate developer, Estiko on construction issues and acquiring financing from Swedbank regarding the building of a business center, Tasku–the largest shopping and leisure center in Estonia incorporating the Dorpat Hotel and Conference center, offices, retail space, and cinema.
- Representing the City of Pärnu in the first compulsory demolition in Estonian legal history. Ten judicial precedents were successfully shown not to undermine the client’s case.
- Advising Manutent OÜ on its St. Petersburg SOK hotel project. The team led the negotiations with the developer and the city administration of St. Petersburg regarding construction and usage permits for the building.
