  • In co-operation with an international advisory firm, advising the public sector institution responsible for the administration of EU funds in the Lithuanian healthcare sector on the implementation of the E-Health project in Lithuania.
  • In co-operation with Arnold & Porter and Dewey & LeBoeuf advising a leading international pharmaceutical company in its EUR 320 million bid for pharmaceutical group AB SANITAS. The legal advice included performance of legal due diligence, advice on merger control, representation at negotiations and extensive advice on the regulatory environment for public M&A.
  • Advising two global pharmaceutical companies in connection with pharmaceuticals regulation.
  • Advising an international pharmaceuticals retail chain on the acquisition of several pharmacies in Estonia, also on merger control and pharmaceuticals regulatory issues.
