  • Establishing the Lithuanian branch of the biggest German hail insurance company, Vereinigte Hagelversicherung VVaG, and drafting policy Ts & Cs.
  • Representing AB Lietuvos draudimas (part of the RSA Group) in a number of cases involving insurance claims and acting as counsel for international credit insurance company.
  • Acting on behalf of If P&C Insurance AS in a recourse claim against the international transport company Kuehne + Nagel Latvia SIA regarding negligent handling of a container.
  • Representing Ergo Kindlustuse AS, Estonian branch of ERGO Versicherungsruppe, in insurance litigation.
  • Representing a leading Estonian property insurer, Salva Kindlustuse AS in insurance litigation.
