- Acting for the Estonian largest cable operator Starman in negotiations with TV network operator Levira regarding establishing a digital terrestrial television network using Levira’s masts.
- Serving as an arbitrator for the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the matter of AS Starman vs. Tele2 Eesti AS in their dispute over the sale of a shareholding in a telecommunications company owned by Tele2 Eesti AS.
- Preparing a set of agreements for the retail leasing of PCs and software for Datakom SIA, a leading Latvian IT company.
- Advising a number of Estonian radio and TV broadcasting companies in relation to licensing, operation of stations, IP matters and dispute resolution.
- Representing an Estonian IT-company, Abobase Systems AS, in disputes concerning creation and operation of a telephone number portability system.
