- Advising Trelleborg Group, the multination industrial products group, on a worldwide planned divestment of a sector of its activities.
- Advising the Swedish capital investment fund, East Capital, on its acquisition of various commercial properties and on the related real estate and financing issues, that included performing legal due diligence, representing the client at negotiations, and drafting agreements with banks .
- Advising the Norwegian Real Estate Fund, Orkla Finans, on obtaining financing from SEB Bank, for the acquisition of the logistics centre owner, Megarenta.
- Representing the vendor in the sale of the largest radio station in Latvia–Radio SWH–to an Irish company, Communicorp Group.
- Representing the vendor in the sale of the majority of the shares in a boutique financial advisor, Baltic Investment Company to KBC Securities N.V.

- Advising Baltcap Private Equity Fund L.P. and fund manager Baltcap, a leading dedicated private equity and venture capital investor in the Baltics (formerly owned by CapMan and Evli) in the sale of a leading Baltic IT consultancy firm IT Koolituskeskuse OÜ to MicroLink Eesti AS, also in acquiring two wind parks and a private equity based gas distributor, Energate OÜ.
- Advising Energate OÜ, a fast-growing gas distribution company, majority-owned by Baltcap Private Equity Fund L.P. on acquiring several gas infrastructure operators in Estonia.
