  • Advising Swedbank AS via Colliers International  on the structuring of a takeover of distressed real estate assets owned by a debtor of the bank.
  • Providing opinion to the Ministry of Transport and Latvian State Roads (VAS), the state road network management company, regarding the award of a DBFO contract for the first road PPP project in Latvia, that has an investment value of over EUR 100 million.
  • Advising a UK based Investment Fund—Alro Group—on the acquisition of various real estate projects (an office and shopping centre under development in Vilnius, a resort hotel development in a major Lithuanian tourism area, etc) and other private equity related legal work.
  • Providing legal advice and representing the UK capital investment company, D&T Global in connection with the development of a major recreational and commercial object.
  • Advising the Norwegian Real Estate Fund, Orkla Finans, on obtaining financing from SEB Bank for the acquisition of the logistics centre owner, Megarenta.
  • Providing legal advice and representation to the major players in the construction market (Ranga IV Group, AB Hanner, Merko Group and Celander Group) on various legal issues in connection with construction matters.
  • Advising the Swedish East Capital Fund on its various cash flow real estate acquisitions in Lithuania as well as in connection to the management and letting of the properties owned by the fund in Vilnius and Klaipėda.
  • Advising Estonian real estate developer, Manutent OÜ, on the sale of its majority shareholding in a St. Petersburg hotel project to SOK Real Estate Int Oy and in the refinancing of loans for the hotel project with Swedbank.
  • Advising real estate developer Estiko on construction issues and acquiring financing by Swedbank for the building of a business centre, Tasku,  the largest shopping and leisure centre in Estonia incoporating the Dorpat Hotel and Conference centre, offices, retail space, and a cinema.
