In 2009 and 2010 there will be increase of pressure all over the industries and service sectors. Competition will become more aggressive, corporations and consumers become more litigious, and market conditions more turbulent than before.
To avoid unpleasant surprises the management of each company should carry its own downturn legal due diligence to be better prepared for survival of 2009 and 2010 and to avoid books running into red.
