On 29 February 2012 Law firm VARUL, in cooperation with the Latvian Authorized Automobile Dealers Association, holds a seminar on public procurement issues and the EU vertical agreements block exemption in the automotive industry.
The objective of the seminar is to help market players review their public procurement participation strategy and demand a fair procurement procedure efficiently. Moreover, participants will also gain insight into the rules applicable to vertical agreements in the industry, e.g., regime applicable to cooperation with repair shops.
